52. There is no evidence that the IDF has taken serious steps to investigate the killing or wounding of Palestinians, except in a handful of cases, even where the circumstances strongly suggest that soldiers had behaved in an undisciplined or illegal manner.
52- وليس ثمة ما يدل على أن قوة الدفاع الإسرائيلية قد اتخذت خطوات جادّة للتحقيق في حوادث قتل الفلسطينيين وجرحهم، باستثناء بضع حالات، حتى عندما توحي الظروف والملابسات إيحاء قوياً بأن الجنود قد تصرفوا تصرفاً يعوزه الانضباط أو لا يتصف بالشرعية.
