وأكد المجلس اﻷعلى على ضرورة انضمام إسرائيل إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية، وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام التفتيش الدولي التابع للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

It is therefore incumbent on Israel to accede forthwith to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and to place all its nuclear facilities under a comprehensive supervision regime, in accordance with the safeguards agreement with the IAEA.
وبالتالي، يتعين على إسرائيل الانضمام الفوري إلى معاهدة حظر انتشار الأسلحة النووية وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام الرقابة الشامل، وفقا لاتفاق الضمانات الذي تطبقه الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

The Conference welcomes the accession of these States and reaffirms the importance of Israel's accession to the Non-Proliferation Treaty and the placement of all its nuclear facilities under comprehensive IAEA safeguards, in realizing the goal of universal adherence to the treaty in the Middle East (NPT/CONF.2008/28).
ويرحب المؤتمر بانضمام هذه الدول ويؤكد من جديد أهمية انضمام إسرائيل إلى معاهدة عدم الانتشار وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية للضمانات الشاملة للوكالة، تحقيقاً لهدف الانضمام الشامل إلى المعاهدة في الشرق الأوسط (NPT/CONF.2008/28).

19. We also reiterate our support for the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in South Asia and urge India and Pakistan to accede to the Non-Proliferation Treaty as non-nuclear-weapon States and to place all their nuclear facilities under comprehensive Agency safeguards.
19 - نعيد تأييدنا لإنشاء منطقة خالية من السلاح النووي في جنوب آسيا ونحث الهند وباكستان على الانضمام لمعاهدة حظر انتشار الأسلحة النووية كدول غير نووية وأن تخضع كافة منشآتها النووية للضمانات الشاملة للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

وأكد المجلس الوزاري مجددا ضرورة انضمام إسرائيل إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية، واخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام التفتيش الدولي التابع للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

:: It demanded that Israel accede to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and subject all of its nuclear facilities to the international inspections regime of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and urged the international community to apply pressure on Israel to be responsive to the demands of the international community in this regard.

:: It called once again on the international community to take action to turn the Middle East, including the Gulf region, into a region free of all weapons of mass destruction and to induce Israel to accede to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and subject all of its nuclear facilities to the international inspections regime.
:: دعوة المجتمع الدولي، مجددا، بالعمل على جعل منطقة الشرق الأوسط خالية من أسلحة الدمار الشامل، بما فيها منطقة الخليج، ومطالبة إسرائيل بالانضمام إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام التفتيش الدولي.

In this regard, we note that all states of the region with the exception of Israel are States Parties to the NPT and call upon Israel to accede to the Treaty as soon as possible and to place all of its nuclear facilities under comprehensive IAEA safeguards.

16. The Arab States emphasize the need for Israel to accede to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and place all its nuclear facilities under the IAEA comprehensive safeguards system.
16 - تؤكد الدول العربية على ضرورة انضمام إسرائيل إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام الضمانات الشامل التابع للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

74. The Non-Aligned Movement reaffirmed its support for the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the Middle East, and called on Israel, the only country in the region which was not a party to the Treaty, to renounce nuclear weapons, accede to the Treaty without delay and place all its nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards.
74 - وحركة عدم الانحياز تؤكد مجددا تأييدها لإنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في الشرق الأوسط، وتدعو إسرائيل، البلد الوحيد في المنطقة الذي ليس طرفا في المعاهدة، إلى التخلي عن الأسلحة النووية، والانضمام إلى المعاهدة دون إبطاء، وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لضمانات الوكالة.

18. We reiterate our support for the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free- zone in the Middle East and, in this regard, we reaffirm the importance of Israel's accession to the NPT and the placement of all its nuclear facilities under comprehensive IAEA safeguards, in realizing the goal of universal adherence to the Treaty in the Middle East.
18- نكرر مجدداً تأييدنا لإقامة منطقة خالية من السلاح النووي في الشرق الأوسط، وفي هذا السياق نؤكد من جديد على أهمية انضمام إسرائيل لمعاهدة حظر انتشار الأسلحة النووية وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية للضمانات الشاملة للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، وذلك تحقيقاً لهدف عالمية الانضمام للمعاهدة في الشرق الأوسط؛

(c) The establishment of a standing committee composed of members of the Bureau of the 2010 Review Conference to follow up, intersessionally, the implementation of the recommendations concerning the Middle East, in particular the prompt accession by Israel to the NPT and the placement of all its nuclear facilities under comprehensive IAEA safeguards.
(ج) إنشاء لجنة دائمة مؤلفة من أعضاء مكتب مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة لعام 2010 تهدف إلى متابعة تنفيذ التوصيات المتعلقة بالشرق الأوسط، بين الدورات التحضيرية للمؤتمر، ولا سيما انضمام إسرائيل على وجه السرعة إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية وإخضاع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام الضمانات الشاملة للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

It is therefore necessary for Israel, the sole country in the region that is not a party to the NPT, to accede to the Treaty without delay and to submit all its nuclear installations to the IAEA comprehensive safeguards system.
وبالتالي من الضروري لإسرائيل، الدولة الوحيدة في المنطقة التي ليست طرفا في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، أن تنضم إلى المعاهدة دون إبطاء وأن تخضع كافة منشآتها النووية لنظام الضمانات الشاملة للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

Fifthly, as regards draft resolution NPT/CONF.1995/L.8 on the Middle East, my delegation supported the draft resolution despite its lacunae and shortcomings, although Jordan would have liked it to contain a clear and unambiguous statement calling upon Israel to accede to the Treaty and to subject all its nuclear installations to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards.
خامسا، أما بالنسبة لمشروع القرار NPT/CONF.1995/L.8 الخاص بالشرق اﻷوسط، فقد قام وفد بلدي بدعم هذا المشروع رغم ما فيه من ثغرات ونواقص إذ كنا نتمنى أن يتضمن القرار نصا صريحا واضحا يطالب اسرائيل بالانضمام الى المعاهدة ووضع كافة منشآتها النووية تحت رقابة الوكالة الدولية.
