وقد حوكم سانتويو في نفس اليوم بإجراءات موجزة بتهمتي " الانتماء إلى تنظيم غير قانوني " و " العصيان " ، وحكم عليه بالسجن مدة سنة وستة أشهر وهو يقضي اﻵن فترة العقوبة في سجن سيراميكا، روخا ده كاماغوي.

Other reports received by the Special Rapporteur indicate that, in mid-September, more than 160 of the persons arrested in the events of 5 August were transferred to Kilo 7 maximum security prison in Camagüey.
