٣ - وفي حالة اعتماد الجمعية العامة مشروع القرار A/52/L.68 باء، سيسعى اﻷمين العام إلى مواصلة الجهود الحالية لﻷمم المتحدة في أفغانستان في كل من الميدان السياسي واﻹنساني واﻹنمائي.

وإذ تأخذ في اعتبارها رغبة المنظمتين في مواصلة التعاون الوثيق فيما بينهما في كل من الميدان السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي واﻹنساني والثقافي والتقني، وفي سعيهما المشترك إلى إيجاد حلول للمشاكل العالمية، مثل المسائل المتصلة بالسلم واﻷمن الدوليين، ونزع السلاح، وتقرير المصير، وإنهاء الاستعمار، وحقوق اﻹنسان اﻷساسية، والتنمية الاقتصادية والتقنية،

10. Expresses its appreciation to the Secretary-General for his continued efforts to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the United Nations and other organizations of the United Nations system and the Organization of the Islamic Conference and its subsidiary organs and specialized and affiliated institutions to serve the mutual interests of the two organizations in the political, economic, social and cultural fields;
١٠ - تعرب عن تقديرها لﻷمين العام لما يبذله من جهود متواصلة لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين اﻷمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي وهيئاتها الفرعية ومؤسساتها المتخصصة والمنتسبة لخدمة المصالح المشتركة للمنظمتين في كل من الميدان السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي؛

The cold war is over, the geopolitical map has been radically altered, a worldwide democratization process has emerged, cooperation has replaced confrontation and a globalization process has begun in the political, economic, social and environmental spheres.
لقد انتهت الحرب الباردة، وتغيرت الخريطة الجغرافية - السياسية تغيرا كبيرا، وبدأت عملية انتشار الديمقراطية في جميع أنحاء العالم، وحل التعاون محل المواجهة، وولدت عملية العولمة في كل من الميدان السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي.

10. Expresses its appreciation to the Secretary-General for his continued efforts to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the United Nations and other organizations of the United Nations system and the Organization of the Islamic Conference and its specialized institutions to serve the mutual interests of the two organizations in the political, economic, social and cultural fields;
١٠ - تعرب عن تقديرها لﻷمين العام على ما يبذله من جهود متواصلة لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين اﻷمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي ومؤسساتها المتخصصة لخدمة المصالح المشتركة للمنظمتين في كل من الميدان السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي؛

Expresses its appreciation to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Secretary-General of the International Organization of la Francophonie for their sustained efforts to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the United Nations and the International Organization of la Francophonie, thereby serving the mutual interests of the two organizations in the political, economic, social and cultural fields;
