In the past five years the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has given help to millions fleeing conflict: Rwandans in Tanzania and Zaire, Afghans in Iran and Pakistan, Liberians in Côte d'Ivoire and in Guinea.
ففي السنوات الخمس اﻷخيرة، قدمت مفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين المساعدة إلى الملايين من الفارين من الصراعات: الروانديين في تنزانيا وزائير، واﻷفغان في إيران وباكستان، والليبيريين في كوت ديفوار وفي غينيا.

The budget for UNOCI would help support the organization of the general elections scheduled for October 2015, which would represent a milestone in consolidating peace in Côte d'Ivoire and in the region.
