2. The State Party shall give due consideration to the Views of the Committee, together with its recommendations on the remedies, if any, and shall submit to the Committee, preferably within six months, a written response, including information on any action taken in the light of the views and recommendations of the Committee.
2- تولي الدولة الطرف الاعتبار الواجب لآراء اللجنة وتوصياتها بشأن سبل الانتصاف، إن وجدت، وتقدم إلى اللجنة رداً مكتوباً يتضمن معلومات عن أي إجراء تكون قد اتخذته في ضوء آراء اللجنة وتوصياتها، ويفضل أن تقوم بذلك خلال ستة أشهر.

2. Following the six-month period referred to in paragraph 1 above, the Committee may invite the State party concerned to submit further information about any measures the State party has taken in response to its views or recommendations.
2 - عقب انقضاء فترة الستة أشهر المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم مزيد من المعلومات بشأن أية تدابير تكون تلك الدولة قد اتخذتها استجابة لآراء اللجنة وتوصياتها.

2. After the six-month period referred to in paragraph 1 of the present rule, the Committee may invite the State party concerned to submit further information about any measures the State party has taken in response to its views or recommendations.

11. Unless the Committee decides otherwise, information furnished by the parties in follow-up to the Committee's views and recommendations within article 7.4 and 7.5 of the Optional Protocol shall not be confidential.
11 - لا تكون للمعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف على سبيل المتابعة لآراء اللجنة وتوصياتها في إطار المادتين 7-4 و 7-5 من البروتوكول الاخيتاري صفة السرية، ما لم تقرر اللجنة خلاف ذلك.

In accordance with article 7, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol the State party shall give due consideration to the views of the Committee, together with its recommendations, and shall submit to the Committee, within six months, a written response, including any information on any action taken in the light of the views and recommendations of the Committee.
