13. The Conference reiterates the call by previous Conferences of the States parties for the application of IAEA safeguards to all source or special fissionable material in all peaceful nuclear activities in the States parties in accordance with the provisions of article III of the Treaty.

14. The Conference reiterates the call by previous conferences of the States parties for the application of IAEA safeguards to all source or special fissionable material in all peaceful nuclear activities in the States parties in accordance with the provisions of article III of the Treaty.

20. Switzerland has consistently underlined the need to universalize the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards system by calling upon all States parties that have not yet done so to bring into force without delay an IAEA comprehensive safeguards agreement in accordance with the provisions of article III of the Treaty.
20 - وأكدت سويسرا باستمرار الحاجة إلى تحقيق عالمية نظام ضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، بدعوة جميع الدول الأطراف التي لم تقم بعد بإنفاذ اتفاق للضمانات الشاملة للوكالة أن تبادر إلى إنفاذه دون تأخير، وفقاً لأحكام المادة الثالثة من المعاهدة.

41. States parties recalled the importance of the application of IAEA comprehensive safeguards to all source or special fissionable material in all peaceful nuclear activities in the States parties in accordance with the provisions of article III of the Treaty.

36. Supporting the IAEA to ensure that IAEA comprehensive safeguards apply to all source or special fissionable material in all peaceful nuclear activities in the States parties in accordance with the provisions of article III of the Treaty;

38. The Organization's current system of administration of justice, which was ineffective and lacking in professionalism, as recognized in General Assembly resolution 61/261, denied United Nations staff members access to the justice ordinarily applicable in the host country, in breach of the provisions of article III of the Agreement between the United Nations and the United States of America regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations.
