15- ومنذ فترة قريبة جداً وقّع رئيس لجنة الطاقة الذرية الإسرائيلية ورئيس لجنة الشؤون التنظيمية النووية بالولايات المتحدة اتفاقاً جديداً يتيح للنظام الصهيوني الوصول إلى أحدث البيانات والتكنولوجيا المتوفرة في المجال النووي للولايات المتحدة. وهذا دليل آخر على عدم امتثال الولايات المتحدة لأحكام معاهدة عدم الانتشار.

25. The importance of full compliance by all States parties with the provisions of the Non-Proliferation Treaty was stressed.

7. Morocco underscores the crucial importance of respect by all States parties for the provisions of the Non-Proliferation Treaty and the obligations under it.
