On the contrary, as per the document circulated at the request of the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the United Nations Office at Geneva on 22 March 2005, the Caucasian Bureau is viewed as a legitimate body with the authorization to decide on territorial issues affecting Armenia and Azerbaijan at that time.

I would like to refer to the letter dated 14 March 2014 from the Permanent Representative of Armenia to the United Nations Office at Geneva addressed to the President of the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/25/G/15), the contents of which as such represent nothing more than yet more mere verbiage against a background of irrefutable facts that testify to the opposite.

I would like to refer to the letter dated 8 September 2014 from the Permanent Representative of Armenia to the United Nations Office at Geneva addressed to the President of the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/27/G/3), the content of which represents nothing but historically and factually incorrect information and a persistent attempt to politicize discussions and deliberations within the Human Rights Council.
أود الإشارة إلى الرسالة المؤرخة 8 أيلول/سبتمبر 2014 التي وجهها الممثل الدائم لأرمينيا لدى مكتب الأمم المتحدة في جنيف إلى رئيس مجلس حقوق الإنسان (A/HRC/27/G/3) التي لا يمثل مضمونها سوى معلومات مغلوطة تاريخياً ووقائعياً، ومحاولة لا تكلّ لتسييس المناقشات والمداولات في مجلس حقوق الإنسان.

1. In a letter dated 12 August 1999, the Permanent Representative of Armenia to the United Nations Office at Geneva requested the Chairman of the fifty—first session of the Sub—Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights to make available document E/CN.4/Sub.2/1997/47 to the members and observer delegations at the Sub—Commission during the consideration of its agenda item 10 (b).
1- طلب الممثل الدائم لأرمينيا لدى مكتب الأمم المتحدة بجنيف من رئيس الدورة الحادية والخمسين للجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، في رسالة مؤرخة في 12 آب/أغسطس 1999، أن يتيح الوثيقة E/CN.4/Sub.2/1997/47 لأعضاء اللجنة الفرعية والوفود المراقبة فيها خلال النظر في البند 10(ب) من جدول أعمالها.

62. Furthermore, another Armenian official source (information entitled " Legal aspects for the right to self-determination in the case of Nagorny Karabakh " circulated at the request of the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the United Nations Office at Geneva) addresses the chronology of events at that time differently and thereby redoubles the curiousness of the position of Armenia.
