5. Calls upon the authorities of the Central African Republic to ensure respect for the rights and fundamental freedoms of the entire population and to take all necessary steps to put an end to the impunity of the perpetrators of crimes, acts of violence and all other human rights violations by, inter alia, strengthening the judiciary and national accountability mechanisms;
5- يدعو سلطات جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى إلى السهر على احترام الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للسكان كافة وإلى اتخاذ كل التدابير اللازمة من أجل وضع حد لإفلات مرتكبي الجرائم وأعمال العنف وسائر انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان من العقاب، وذلك بطرق منها تعزيز النظام القضائي وآليات المساءلة الوطنية؛

(e) To end impunity for perpetrators of crimes against children, investigate and prosecute such acts of violence and impose appropriate penalties;

Calls upon all States to end impunity for perpetrators of crimes committed against children, and takes note of the entry into force of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and notes in particular the inclusion therein, as a war crime, of conscripting or enlisting children under the age of 15 years or using them to participate actively in hostilities in both international and noninternational conflicts;
تهيب بجميع الدول أن تضع حدا لإفلات مرتكبي الجرائم ضد الأطفال من العقاب، وتحيط علما بدخول نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية حيز النفاذ، وتلاحظ بخاصة أن مما أدرج فيه، ضمن جرائم الحرب، التجنيد الإجباري أو الطوعي للأطفال دون سن الخامسة عشرة أو استخدامهم في المشاركة الفعلية في القتال في الصراعات الدولية وغير الدولية على السواء؛

" (e) To end impunity for perpetrators of crimes against children, investigate and prosecute such acts of violence and impose appropriate penalties, recognizing that persons convicted of violent offences, including sexual abuse of children, should be prevented from working with children;

`25.
