5. This way of thinking was also recognized in the adopted " Principles and Objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament " of the 1995 NPT Review and Extension Conference.
5- وقد سُلِّم أيضاً بطريقة التفكير هذه في " مبادئ وأهداف لمنع الانتشار النووي ولنزع السلاح " التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها لعام 1995.

The Conference on Disarmament should, in our view, redouble its efforts to have the cut-off treaty ready for signature in the near future, especially since that is one of the understandings arrived at during the 1995 Review and Extension Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
وفي رأينا، ينبغي لمؤتمر نزع السلاح أن يضاعف جهوده لجعل معاهدة وقف اﻹنتاج جاهزة للتوقيع في المستقبل القريب، ونظرا خصوصا إلى أنها من بين أوجه التفاهم التي تم التوصل إليها خلال مؤتمر اﻷطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها لعام ٥٩٩١.
