13. In paragraph 13 of resolution 1164 (1998), the Council expressed its appreciation to the Chairman of the Committee, who visited Angola and other interested countries, and reinforced the need for full and effective implementation of the measures specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1127 (1997) in order to achieve compliance by UNITA with its obligations under the Lusaka Protocol and relevant Security Council resolutions.
٣١ - وأعرب المجلس في الفقرة ٣١ من القرار ٤٦١١ )٨٩٩١( عن تقديره لرئيس اللجنة الذي زار أنغولا وغيرها من البلدان المعنية وشدد على ضرورة تنفيذ التدابير المحددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ٧٢١١ )٧٩٩١( تنفيذا تاما وفعالا بغية تحقيق امتثال يونيتا لالتزاماتها بموجب بروتوكول لوساكا وقرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة.

9. On 31 August 1998, the Angolan authorities decided to suspend UNITA members from the Government of Unity and National Reconciliation and from the National Assembly because of UNITA's non-compliance with its commitments under the Lusaka Protocol.
٩ - وفي ٣١ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٨، قررت السلطات اﻷنغولية تعليق عضوية ممثلي يونيتا في حكومة الوحدة والمصالحة الوطنية وفي الجمعية الوطنية، وذلك بسبب عدم امتثال يونيتا لالتزاماتها بموجب بروتوكول لوساكا.

Expresses its appreciation to the Chairman of the Committee created pursuant to resolution 864 (1993) who visited Angola and other interested countries and reinforced the need for full and effective implementation of the measures specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1127 (1997) in order to achieve compliance by UNITA with its obligations under the Lusaka Protocol and relevant Security Council resolutions;
١٣ - يعرب عن تقديره لرئيس اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣(، الذي زار أنغولا وغيرها من البلدان المعنية، وشدد على ضرورة أن تنفذ على نحو تام وفعال التدابيــر المحــددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧( بغية تحقيق امتثال يونيتا لالتزاماتها بموجب بروتوكول لوساكا وقرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة؛

٣ - يؤيد الزيارة المزمع أن يقوم بها رئيس اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣( إلى أنغولا والبلدان اﻷخرى المعنية لمناقشة التنفيذ الكامل والفعال للتدابير المحددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧( بغية حث يونيتا على الامتثال لالتزاماتها بموجب بروتوكول لوساكا وقرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة؛

12. In paragraph 3 of resolution 1157 (1998), the Council also endorsed the planned visit by the Chairman of the Committee to Angola and other interested countries to discuss the full and effective implementation of the measures specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1127 (1997) with a view to urging compliance by UNITA with its obligations under the Lusaka Protocol and relevant Security Council resolutions.
٢١ - وأيد المجلس في الفقرة ٣ من القرار ٧٥١١ )٨٩٩١( أيضا الزيارة المزمع أن يقوم بها رئيس اللجنة إلى أنغولا والبلدان المعنية اﻷخرى لمناقشة التنفيذ التام والفعال للتدابير المحددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ٧٢١١ )٧٩٩١( بغية حث يونيتا على الامتثال لالتزاماتها بموجب بروتوكول لوساكا وقرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة.

The promulgation of this law, passed before by the Angolan National Assembly (Parliament), falls under the application by the Government of its commitments under the Lusaka Protocol.
ويأتي إصدار هذا القانون، الذي أقرته الجمعية الوطنية اﻷنغولية )البرلمان(، في إطار تنفيذ الحكومة لالتزاماتها بموجب بروتوكول لوساكا.
