(a) If the injury results from a grave breach, attributable to another State, of an international obligation of essential importance for safeguarding the human being, such as protection of the right to life, the prohibition of torture or of inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment, and the prohibition of slavery and racial discrimination.
(أ) إذا كان الضرر ناتجا عن خرق جسيم، قامت به دولة أخرى، لالتزام دولي ذي أهمية أساسية لحماية الإنسان، مثل حماية الحق في الحياة، وحظر التعذيب أو المعاملة أو المعاقبة غير الإنسانية أو المهينة، وحظر الاسترقاق والتمييز العنصري.

As for the type of crime provided for in subparagraph (c) of paragraph 3 of article 19, namely, a " serious breach on a widespread scale of an international obligation of essential importance for safeguarding the human being " , a well-known example is the Assembly's reiterated condemnation of the racial régime of South Africa and the Assembly's call to the Security Council for the adoption of measures under Chapter VII of the Charter.
١٨- أما فيما يتعلق بنوع الجنايات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الفرعية )ج( من الفقرة ٣ من المادة ٩١، والتي تتمثل في " انتهاك خطير وواسع النطاق لالتزام دولي ذي أهمية جوهرية لحماية البشر " ، فمن اﻷمثلة المعروفة عليها شجب الجمعية العامة المتكرر للنظام العنصري في جنوب أفريقيا، ومناشدة الجمعية العامة لمجلس اﻷمن بأن يعتمد في هذا الصدد تدابير بموجب الفصل السابع من الميثاق)٨٣(.
