(g) A new subparagraph (k) was inserted after subparagraph (j) as follows: " To release women prisoners held in the State detention centres for actions that do not constitute crimes under Afghan law and to provide them with adequate support for reintegration into their communities; "
(ز) أضيفت فقرة فرعية جديدة (ن) بعد الفقرة الفرعية (ي)، كما يلي " الإفراج عن السجينات المحبوسات في مراكز الاعتقال التابعة للدولة لأفعال لا تشكل جرائم بموجب القانون الأفغاني؛ وتقديم الدعم اللازم لهن لإعادة الاندماج في مجتمعاتهن المحلية " ؛

(g) Release prisoners held in State detention centres for actions that do not constitute crimes under Afghan law, prohibit the confinement of women in the custody of private individuals, and provide women with adequate support for reintegration into their communities;
(ز) إطلاق سراح السجناء المحتجزين في مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة للدولة لارتكابهم أفعالا لا تشكل جرائم بموجب القانون الأفغاني، وحظر احتجاز النساء في عهدة الأفراد؛ وتوفير الدعم الكافي لهن من أجل إعادة إدماجهن في مجتمعاتهن المحلية؛

30. In principle 7, an amendment to the first sentence was suggested so that it would read " Domestic statutes of limitations or other types of violations that do not constitute crimes against international law, including those time limitations applicable to civil claims and other procedures, should not be unduly restrictive. "
30- واقتُرح إدخال تعديل على الجملة الأولى من المبدأ 7 بحيث ينص على ما يلي: " ينبغي لقوانين التقادم المحلية المتعلقة بأنواع أخرى من الانتهاكات لا تشكل جرائم ضد القانون الدولي، بما فيها الحدود الزمنية المطبقة على الدعاوى المدنية وغيرها من الإجراءات، ألا تكون تقييدية دون مبرر " .

Domestic statutes of limitations for other types of violations that do not constitute crimes against international law, including those time limitations applicable to civil claims and other procedures, should not be unduly restrictive, procedurally or in other ways, so as to deprive the victim of pursuing a claim against the perpetrator or any other body or entity.
7- وينبغي لقوانين التقادم المحلية المتعلقة بأنواع أخرى من الانتهاكات التي لا تشكل جرائم ضد القانون الدولي، بما فيها الحدود الزمنية المطبقة على الدعاوى المدنية وغيرها من الإجراءات، ألا تكون تقييدية دون مبرر، سواء من الناحية الإجرائية أو بأساليب أخرى، كيما لا تحرم الضحية من رفع دعوى ضد الجاني أو أي هيئة أو كيان آخر.

To date, the International Criminal Cooperation Service has had no cases of enforced disappearance to deal with. The Central Authority for International Criminal Cooperation would nevertheless be competent in principle to deal with enforced disappearances which did not constitute crimes against humanity.
