وإذ تذكِّر بأن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان دعا الدول إلى الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء من جانب واحد لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ويقيم عقبات في وجه العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل الإعمال التام لجميع حقوق الإنسان،

وإذ تشير الى أن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان دعا الدول الى الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء من جانب واحد لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة ويثير عقبات في وجه العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل اﻹعمال التام لجميع حقوق اﻹنسان،

وإذ تذكِّر بأن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان دعا الدول إلى الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء من جانب واحد لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ويقيم عقبات في وجه العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل الإعمال التام لجميع حقوق الإنسان، ويهدد أيضاً حرية التجارة تهديداً خطيراً،

(h) Refrain from military, political, economic or any other form of coercion, not in accordance with international law and the Charter, aimed against political independence or territorial integrity of any State;
)ح( الامتناع عن أي إكراه عسكري أو سياسي أو اقتصادي أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال اﻹكراه الذي لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، ويستهدف النيل من الاستقلال السياسي أو الوحدة اﻹقليمية ﻷي دولة؛

(h) Refrain from military, political, economic or any other form of coercion, not in accordance with international law and the Charter, aimed against the political independence or territorial integrity of any State;
)ح( الامتناع عن أي إكراه عسكري أو سياسي أو اقتصادي أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال اﻹكراه الذي لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي والميثاق، ويستهدف النيل من الاستقلال السياسي أو السلامة اﻹقليمية ﻷي دولة؛

(e) Refraining from any unilateral measure not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations that creates obstacles to trade relations among States, impedes the full realization of social and economic development and hinders the well-being of the population in the affected countries;
)ﻫ( الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي تدبير انفرادي لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة ويوجد عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل التحقيق التام للتنمية الاجتماعية ويحول دون راحة السكان في البلدان المتضررة؛

وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى أن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الذي عُقد في فيينا في الفترة من 14 إلى 25 حزيران/يونيه 1993 قد دعا الدول إلى الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي تدبير انفرادي لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ويضع عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل الإعمال التام لجميع حقوق الإنسان ويهدد حرية التجارة تهديداً شديداً،

Refraining by all countries from exerting pressure or coercion on other countries, including resorting to aggression or other acts involving the use of direct or indirect force, and the application and/or promotion of any coercive unilateral measure that goes against International Law or is in any way incompatible with it, for the purpose of coercing any other State to subordinate its sovereign rights, or to gain any benefit whatsoever.
(ل) امتناع جميع البلدان عن ممارسة الضغط أو الإكراه على البلدان الأخرى، بما في ذلك اللجوء إلى العدوان أو غيره من الأعمال التي تنطوي على استخدام القوة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، وتطبيق و/أو مساندة أي إجراء انفرادي تعسفي لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي أو يتعارض مع القانون الدولي بأي شكل من الأشكال، من أجل إكراه أي دولة أخرى على الخضوع على حساب حقوقها السيادية، أو الحصول على أي منافع أيا كان شكلها.
