وفي الفقرة ١٠، ستقرر الجمعية العامة أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٢٨٠ ١٤٦ دولار لتشغيل القوة من ١ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٣ إلى ٣١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤.

27. As presented, the proposed budget reflects a decrease of $591,000 gross in comparison with the resources provided for the operation of the Force for the prior 12-month period, from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997.
٢٧- وتظهر الميزانية المقترحة، بصيغتها المقدمة انخفاضا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٥٩١ دولار مقارنة بالموارد المرصودة لتشغيل القوة في فترة اﻟ ١٢ شهرا السابقة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧.

Paragraph 15 would authorize the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for the operation of the Force at a rate not to exceed $11,857,000 gross per month for a period up to six months beginning 1 August 1994.
وستأذن الفقرة ١٥ لﻷمين العام بالدخول في التزامات لتشغيل القوة بمعدل لا يزيد إجماليه عن ٠٠٠ ٨٥٧ ١١ دولار في الشهر لفترة لا تزيد عن ستة أشهر بدءا من ١ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٤.

6. By its resolution 52/236 of 26 June 1998, the General Assembly appropriated the amount of $35,400,100 gross for the maintenance of the Force for the period from 1 July 1998 to 30 June 1999.
٦ - اعتمــدت الجمعية العامة بموجب قرارها ٥٢/٢٣٦ المؤرخ ٢٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨ مبلغا إجماليه ١٠٠ ٤٠٠ ٣٥ دولار لتشغيل القوة في الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٨ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩.

In that event, the costs to the United Nations for maintaining the Force for two months would be within the commitment authorized by the General Assembly in its decision 48/464, assuming an average maximum force strength of 5,250 troops and continuance of the Force's existing responsibilities.
وفي تلك الحالة، فإن التكاليف التي ستتكبدها اﻷمم المتحدة لتشغيل القوة لمدة شهرين ستكون في نطاق الالتزام الذي أذنت به الجمعية العامة في مقررها ٤٨/٤٦٤ على افتراض استمرار القوام اﻷقصى لجنود القوة بحدود ٢٥٠ ٥ جندي وسطيا واستمــرار مسؤولياتها على مــا هي عليه.

5. By its resolution 51/235 of 13 June 1997, the General Assembly appropriated an amount of $48,000,800 gross ($45,877,800 net) for the operation of UNFICYP for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998.
٥ - واعتمدت الجمعية العامة بقرارها ٥١/٢٣٥ المؤرخ ١٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، مبلغا إجماليه ٨٠٠ ٠٠٠ ٤٨ دولار )صافيه ٨٠٠ ٨٧٧ ٤٥ دولار( لتشغيل القوة للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨.

8. Further decides to appropriate to the Special Account a total amount of 673,657,500 dollars gross (668,511,000 dollars net) for the operation of the Force for the period from 1 July to 30 November 1995;
٨ - تقـــرر كذلك أن تعتمد للحســـاب الخاص مبلغا كليا اجماليه ٥٠٠ ٦٥٧ ٦٧٣ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٠ ٥١١ ٦٦٨ دولار( لتشغيل القوة في الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه الى ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥؛

8. Further decides to appropriate to the Special Account a total amount of 673,657,500 dollars gross (668,511,000 dollars net) for the operation of the Force for the period from 1 July to 30 November 1995;
٨ - تقـــرر كذلك أن تعتمد للحســـاب الخاص مبلغا إجماليــه ٠٠٥ ٧٥٦ ٣٧٦ دولار )صافيــه ٠٠٠ ١١٥ ٨٦٦ دولار( لتشغيل القوة في الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه إلى ٠٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٥٩٩١؛

As shown in table 2 above, the proposed budget reflects a decrease of $646,000 gross in comparison with the prorated resources provided for the operation of the Force for the prior 12-month period from 1 July 1995 to 30 June 1996.
٢٠ - وكما يبين من الجدول ٢ أعلاه، تقل الميزانية المقترحة بمبلغ مقداره اﻹجمالي ٠٠٠ ٦٤٦ دولار عن الموارد الموزعة بالتناسب الموفرة لتشغيل القوة في فترة اﻟ ١٢ شهرا السالفة الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ الى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦.

23. As shown in table 2 above, the proposed budget reflects a decrease of $9,759,000 gross in comparison with the prorated resources provided for the operation of the Force for the prior 12-month period from 1 July 1995 to 30 June 1996.
٢٣- وعلى نحو ما يبين الجدول ٢ أعلاه، تظهر الميزانية المقترحة انخفاضا بمبلغ اجماليه ٠٠٠ ٧٥٩ ٩ دولار مقارنة بالموارد الموزعة بالتناسب المخصصة لتشغيل القوة لفترة اﻟ ١٢ شهرا السابقة الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ الى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦.

١٠ - تقرر أن ترصد للحساب الخاص لقــوة اﻷمم المتحــدة المؤقتة في لبنــان مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٢٨٠ ١٤٦ دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة )صافيه ٠٠٠ ١٧٨ ١٤٣ دولار(، تم اﻹذن به وتقسيمه في الفقرة ٢ من قرارها ٤٧/٢٠٥ لتشغيل القوة للفترة من ١ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٣ لغاية ٣١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤؛

6. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force the amount of 16,065,498 dollars gross (15,564,000 dollars net), authorized and apportioned by the General Assembly in paragraph 11 of its resolution 49/225 for the operation of the Force for the period from 1 June to 30 November 1995, inclusive;
٦ - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخـاص لقـوة اﻷمـم المتحـدة لمراقبـة فض الاشتباك مبلغا إجماليه ٤٩٨ ٠٦٥ ١٦ دولارا )صافيــه ٠٠٠ ٥٦٤ ١٥ دولار(، أذنت به الجمعيــة العامــة وقسمته في الفقرة ١١ من قرارها ٤٩/٢٢٥ لتشغيل القوة للفترة من ١ حزيران/يونيه لغاية ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥؛

Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force the amount of 16,080,000 dollars gross (15,594,000 dollars net), authorized and apportioned by the General Assembly in paragraph 18 of its resolution 48/253 for the operation of the Force for the period from 1 June to 30 November 1994, inclusive;
٥ - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخـاص لقـوة اﻷمـم المتحدة لمراقبة فــض الاشتباك مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٠٨٠ ١٦ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٠ ٥٩٤ ١٥ دولار(، أذنت به الجمعية العامة وقسمته في الفقرة ١٨ من قرارها ٤٨/٢٥٣ لتشغيل القوة للفترة من ١ حزيران/ يونيه لغاية ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤؛

28. Takes note of additional requirements in the amount of 571,000 dollars gross (1,270,800 dollars net) for the operation of the Force for the period ending 30 June 2000, and authorizes the Secretary-General to utilize credits in an equal amount arising from the cancellation of obligations pertaining to the same period to meet the additional requirements;
28 - تحيط علما باحتياجات إضافية إجماليها 000 571 دولار (صافيها 800 270 1 دولار) لتشغيل القوة خلال الفترة التي تنتهي في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2000، وتأذن للأمين العام باستخدام مبلغ معادل من الأرصدة الناشئة عن شطب الالتزامات ذات الصلة بالفترة ذاتها لتلبية الاحتياجات الإضافية المذكورة؛

By its resolution 53/226 of 8 June 1999, the General Assembly appropriated an amount of $35,351,308 gross, equivalent to a monthly rate of $2,945,942 gross, for the maintenance of the Force for the period from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2000.
٦ - اعتمدت الجمعية العامــة بموجـب قرارهـا ٥٣/٢٢٦ المؤرخ ٨ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩ مبلغـا إجماليــه ٣٠٨ ٣٥١ ٣٥ دولار، يعادل مبلغا شهريا إجماليه ٩٤٢ ٩٤٥ ٢ دولار، لتشغيل القوة في الفترة من ١ تموز/ يوليه ١٩٩٩ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ٢٠٠٠.

2. Should the Security Council decide to renew the mandate of UNPROFOR beyond 30 September 1994, the monthly cost of maintaining the Force will be limited, initially, to the commitment authority contained in General Assembly resolution 48/238 B. I will report to the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions and to the General Assembly on the additional requirements needed for the maintenance of the Force.
٢ - وإذا قرر مجلس اﻷمن تجديد ولاية القوة بعد ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤. فإن التكلفة الشهرية لتشغيل القوة، ستقتصر في اﻷول على نص الالتزام الوارد في قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٣٣٨ باء. وسأقدم تقريرا الى اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية والى الجمعية العامة عن الاحتياجات اﻹضافية اللازمة لتشغيل القوة.

Should the Security Council decide to extend UNIFIL beyond its current mandate period, the costs to the United Nations for maintaining the Force would be within the commitment authorized by the Assembly in its resolution 47/205, assuming continuance of the Force's existing strength and responsibilities.
واذا قرر المجلس تمديد ولاية القوة الى ما بعد فترة ولايتها الراهنة فإن التكاليف التي ستتكبدها اﻷمم المتحدة لتشغيل القوة خلال فترة التمديد ستكون في نطاق الالتزام الذي أذنت به الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٧/٢٠٥.

5. By its resolution 50/236 of 7 June 1996, the General Assembly appropriated an amount of $45,079,500 gross ($43,049,600 net) for the operation of UNFICYP for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997.
٥ - واعتمدت الجمعية العامة، بقرارها ٥٠/٢٣٦ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦، مبلغا إجماليــه ٥٠٠ ٠٧٩ ٤٥ دولار )صافيه ٦٠٠ ٠٤٩ ٤٣ دولار( لتشغيل القوة للفتــرة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧.
