Advances may be made from the Working Capital Fund to finance budgetary appropriations or unforeseen and extraordinary expenses or for other purposes as authorized by the General Assembly.
ويمكن دفع السلف من صندوق رأس المال المتداول لتمويل اعتمادات الميزانية أو نفقات غير منظورة أو استثنائية أو لأغراض أخرى حسب ما تأذن به الجمعية العامة.

2. The Working Capital Fund was established in 1946 to provide advances necessary to finance budgetary appropriations, pending the receipt of contributions, and to finance unforeseen and extraordinary expenses pending appropriation action by the General Assembly.
٢ - وأنشئ صندوق رأس المال المتداول في عام ١٩٤٦ لتقديم السلف اللازمة لتمويل اعتمادات الميزانية ريثما يتم تحصيل الاشتراكات ولتمويــل نفقات غير متوقعة واستثنائية ريثما تتخذ الجمعية العامة اﻹجراء المتعلق بالاعتمادات.
