The final results of the review processes will be presented to the Assembly for its consideration in due course.

The present set of non-binding guidelines is available to Member States for their consideration in the development and strengthening of crime prevention and criminal justice policies, strategies, legislation and cooperation mechanisms to prevent and combat trafficking in cultural property and related offences in all situations.
4- وتتاح هذه المجموعة من المبادئ التوجيهية غير الملزِمة للدول الأعضاء لتنظر فيها في سياق إعداد وتعزيز سياساتها واستراتيجياتها وتشريعاتها وآلياتها للتعاون فيما يتعلق بمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية والرامية إلى منع ومكافحة الاتِّجار بالممتلكات الثقافية وما يتَّصل به من جرائم في جميع الأوضاع.

The Committee also requested the drafting group to prepare the above-mentioned study and to submit it to the Committee for consideration at its ninth session.
وطلبت اللجنة أيضاً إلى فريق الصياغة أن يعدّ الدراسة السالفة الذكر وأن يقدمها إلى اللجنة لتنظر فيها في دورتها التاسعة.

The Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 2002/49, requested the Special Rapporteur on adequate housing to submit, within his mandate, the present study for its consideration at the fifty-ninth session.

At the same session, the Committee decided to select and review specific articles and other issues to be considered at subsequent sessions as a long-term programme, without prejudice to any changes that might be necessary as a result of new developments and priorities arising from the review of the reports of States parties.
