Recalling its decision 2/CP.7 to conduct a comprehensive review of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries at its ninth session and every five years thereafter,
إذ يشير إلى مقرره 2/م أ-7 بشأن إجراء استعراض شامل لتنفيذ إطار بناء القدرات في البلدان النامية في دورة المؤتمر التاسعة وكل خمس سنوات بعد ذلك،

By its decision 2/CP.10, the COP decided on a time frame and process for the second comprehensive review of the implementation of the capacity-building framework for developing countries.
