The Permanent Mission of the Arab Republic of Egypt wishes to inform the Secretary-General that the Government of Egypt, in accordance with the aforementioned resolutions, has taken measures during the past four months to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance and the evacuation of foreign nationals from Libya as follows:
وتود البعثة الدائمة لجمهورية مصر العربية إبلاغ الأمين العام أن حكومة مصر اتخذت تدابير خلال الشهور الأربعة الماضية، وفقا للقرارين المذكورين آنفا، لتيسير تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية وإجلاء الرعايا الأجانب من ليبيا، على النحو التالي:

The Council calls upon all parties in the Syrian Arab Republic, in particular the Syrian authorities, to cooperate fully with the United Nations and relevant humanitarian organizations to facilitate the provision of humanitarian assistance.
ويهيب المجلس بجميع الأطراف في الجمهورية العربية السورية، وبخاصة السلطات السورية، أن تتعاون تماما مع الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإنسانية المعنية لتيسير تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية.

The Security Council calls upon all parties in Syria, in particular the Syrian authorities, to cooperate fully with the United Nations and relevant humanitarian organizations to facilitate the provision of humanitarian assistance.
ويدعو مجلس الأمن جميع الأطراف في سوريا، وبخاصة السلطات السورية، إلى أن تتعاون تعاونا تاما مع الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإنسانية المعنية لتيسير تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية.

The members of the Council also underlined the need to launch an inclusive Syrian-led political transition and called upon all the parties in the Syrian Arab Republic, in particular the Syrian authorities, to cooperate fully with the United Nations and relevant humanitarian organizations so as to facilitate the provision of humanitarian assistance.
وشدد أعضاء المجلس كذلك على ضرورة بدء عملية انتقالية سياسية شاملة بقيادة سورية، داعين جميع الأطراف في الجمهورية العربية السورية، ولا سيما السلطات السورية، إلى التعاون الكامل مع الأمم المتحدة ومع منظمات العمل الإنساني المعنيَّة لتيسير تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية.
