On 2 July, the ministers of economy, finance, foreign affairs and infrastructure of Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan and Uganda met with the Secretary-General of the East African Community in Kigali to discuss ongoing northern corridor integration projects, including in the areas of infrastructure, transport, commodity exchange, human resources capacity-building, air space management and crude oil pipeline development.
