The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Yemen to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Chairman of the Committee and, in reference to the Committee's letter dated 9 December 2004, has the honour to inform the Committee that the Republic of Yemen does not possess nuclear, biological or chemical weapons.
