It is expected that the Committee of independent experts in international humanitarian and human rights law established pursuant to Council resolution 13/9, as resumed and renewed by resolution 15/6, will report on the implementation of these paragraphs to the Council at its sixteenth session.
ومن المتوقع أن تقدم لجنة الخبراء المستقلين في مجال القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، التي أنشئت عملاً بقرار المجلس 13/9 واستؤنفت وجُدّدت ولايتها بموجب القرار 15/6، تقريراً إلى المجلس في دورته السادسة عشرة عن تنفيذ هاتين الفقرتين.

2. Also takes note of the reports of the Committee of independent experts in international humanitarian and human rights law to monitor and assess any domestic, legal or other proceedings undertaken by both the Government of Israel and the Palestinian side, in the light of General Assembly resolution 64/254, and calls for the implementation of its conclusions;
2- يحيط علماً أيضاً بتقرير لجنة الخبراء المستقلين في القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان لرصد وتقييم أي إجراءات داخلية، قانونية وغير ذلك، يتخذها كل من حكومة إسرائيل والجانب الفلسطيني، في ضوء قرار الجمعية العامة 64/254()، ويدعو إلى تنفيذ استنتاجاته؛

1. At its fifteenth session the Human Rights Council adopted resolution 15/6, entitled " Follow-up to the report of the Committee of independent experts in international humanitarian and human rights law established pursuant to Council resolution 13/9 " .
1- اعتمد مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في دورته الخامسة عشرة، القرار 15/6 المعنون " متابعة تقرير لجنة الخبراء المستقلين في مجال القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان المنشأة بموجب قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 13/9 " .

Welcomes the report of the Committee of independent experts in international humanitarian and human rights law to monitor and assess any domestic, legal or other proceedings undertaken by both the Government of Israel and the Palestinian side, including the independence, effectiveness and genuineness of these investigations and their conformity with international standards;

In paragraph 2 of resolution 16/32, the Human Rights Council took note of the reports of the Committee of independent experts in international humanitarian and human rights law to monitor and assess any domestic, legal or other proceedings undertaken by both the Government of Israel and the Palestinian side, in light of General Assembly resolution 64/254, and called for the implementation of their conclusions.
