3. Draws the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on the following, which were adopted by the Commission at its fifty-sixth session:
3 - توجه أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آرائها بشأن المواضيع التالية التي اعتمدتها اللجنة في دورتها السادسة والخمسين:

The Assembly would draw the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on the draft articles and commentary on diplomatic protection and on the draft principles on allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities, both of which were adopted at the fifty-sixth session of the Commission in 2004.
وتوجه الجمعية أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آرائها بشأن مشروع المواد والشرح المتعلق بالحماية الدبلوماسية ومشروع المبادئ المتعلقة بتوزيع الخسائر في حالة الضرر العابر للحدود الناجم عن أنشطة خطرة، اللذين اعتُمدا كليهما في الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجنة في عام 2004.
