An inventory of such instruments was prepared by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (Trade/R.1096/Rev.1), together with a recommendation that work might be undertaken by UNCITRAL to identify possible solutions to those concerns.
وقد أعدت اللجنة الاقتصادية ﻷوروبا التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة قائمة حصرية بتلك الصكوك (Trade/R.1096/Rev.1) . مشفوعة بتوصية بشأن احتمال قيام لجنة اﻷونسيترال بعمل ﻷجل استبانة حلول ممكنة بشأن دواعي القلق المشار اليها .

UNCITRAL adopted its Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration on 21 June 1985 with the intent that its provisions might be enacted substantially verbatim, ( in the context that the Model Law always was intended to operate within domestic legal frameworks), with the expectation that the matters it dealt with would be applied as municipal law with minimal derogation by operation of the particular laws of the enacting State.
اعتمدت لجنة اﻷونسيترال قانونها النموذجي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي في ١٢ حزيران/يونيه ٥٨٩١ بقصد أن تشرّع أحكامها حرفيا حسب جوهرها ، )في السياق أن يسري القانون النموذجي في الاطارات القانونية الحالية( باستثناء اﻷمور التي تناولها فسوف تطبق كقانون محلي بأقل درجة من الخروج على القانون النموذجي بسريان قوانين الدولة المشترعة .
