Concerning the technical assistance provided or intended to be provided by the CPC for the period 1995-1997, it has to be taken into account that no direct technical assistance in terms of financial support has been provided, nor does it seem likely to be provided in the near future, because of the limited budget of the CPC and the financial and other material difficulties that the Commission itself is facing.
