Recommends that the Human Rights Council authorize that all reports and working papers that have been completed and submitted to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights pursuant to the resolutions and decisions of the SubCommission at its fiftyeighth session be issued as United Nations documents and be sent to the Council.

In relation to the report to be prepared by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights pursuant to Commission decision 2004/116, Mr. Decaux noted that the Commission had expanded the scope of work to include voluntary codes.

2. (b) The establishment of the High Committee for Human Rights pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 104 of 2008, especially its International Liaison Committee tasked with the preparation of periodic reports to human rights treaty bodies;
