The aim of the English International Association of Lund is to promote the human right to peace, development, non-discrimination and equality, as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all subsequent conventions and protocols.

The aims, purposes and objectives are to promote the human rights, peace, development, non-discrimination and equality of all human beings, as prescribed in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all subsequent conventions and protocols.
أهداف المنظمة وغاياتها ومقاصدها هي النهوض بحقوق الإنسان والسلام، والتنمية، وعدم التمييز، والمساواة بين جميع البشر، على النحو المنصوص عليه في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات اللاحقة.

13. The system for the legal protection of human rights in Cuba was not confined to a description in the Constitution. Human rights were duly developed and guaranteed in other substantive and procedural provisions in force, in accordance with the rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all other international human rights instruments.
13- ولا ينحصر نظام الحماية القانونية لحقوق الإنسان في كوبا على وصفٍ مذكور في الدستور، بل إن حقوق الإنسان تُطَّور وتُكفَل على النحو الواجب بمقتضى أحكام موضوعية وإجرائية أخرى سارية، وفقاً للحقوق المكرسة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع الصكوك الدولية الأخرى المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.

3. Strongly condemns the continued gross, systematic and widespread violations of Human Rights and all violations of international humanitarian law by the Syrian authorities and affiliated militias, as well as any human rights abuses and violations of international humanitarian law by armed opposition groups;
3- يدين بشدة استمرار الانتهاكات الجسيمة والمنهجية وواسعة النطاق لحقوق الإنسان وجميع انتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني من جانب السلطات السورية والميليشيات الموالية لها، وأي تجاوزات لحقوق الإنسان وانتهاكات للقانون الدولي الإنساني ترتكبها جماعات المعارضة المسلحة؛

8. Calls upon the international community to shoulder its full responsibility in forcing Israel to abide by the principles of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights and of all international conventions on human rights, particularly the Geneva Convention of 20.8.1949 on the Protection of Civilians in Time of War, as well as the relevant RESOLUTIONS adopted by the United Nations and its specialized agencies.
8 - يدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته الكاملة لإرغام إسرائيل على الالتزام بمبادئ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وخاصة اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقـة بحماية السكان المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة في 20/8/1949م والقرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة ووكالتها المتخصصة.

Mr. Ntwaagae (Botswana) said that while everyone had the right to life, it was the duty of States to respect the right to life in line with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all relevant instruments.
43 - السيد نتواغي (بوتسوانا): قال إنه في الوقت الذي يمتلك فيه كل شخص الحق في الحياة، فإنه من واجب الدول أن تحترم الحق في الحياة بما يتفق مع الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع الصكوك ذات العلاقة.

3. Invites the Special Rapporteur, in carrying out his/her mandate within the framework of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all other international human rights instruments, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women and the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action:
3- يدعو المقررة الخاصة إلى القيام، في أدائها لولايتها في إطار الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع الصكوك الدولية الأخرى لحقوق الإنسان، ومن بينها اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، والإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، وإعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين، بما يلي:

The Dominican Republic reiterated its commitment to continue cooperating with international organizations with the goal of strengthening its national institutions, and to comply with human rights requirements as set forth in the Declaration of Human Rights and all international human rights conventions.
350- وكررت الجمهورية الدومينيكية تأكيد التزامها بمواصلة التعاون مع المنظمات الدولية بهدف تعزيز مؤسساتها الوطنية ومن أجل الامتثال لمقتضيات حقوق الإنسان كما وردت في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع الاتفاقيات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

5. Strongly condemns the continued gross, systematic and widespread violations of Human Rights and all violations of international humanitarian law by the Syrian authorities and affiliated militias, including those involving aerial bombardment of civilian areas, in particular the indiscriminate use of barrel bombs, ballistic missiles and cluster bombs, and other actions that may amount to war crimes or crimes against humanity;
5- يدين بشدة استمرار الانتهاكات الجسيمة والمنهجية والواسعة النطاق لحقوق الإنسان وجميع انتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني التي ترتكبها السلطات السورية والميليشيات التابعة لها، بما في ذلك الانتهاكات التي تشمل القصف الجوي للمناطق المدنية، ولا سيما الاستخدام العشوائي للبراميل المتفجرة والقذائف التسيارية والقنابل العنقودية، والأفعال الأخرى التي قد تشكل جرائم حرب أو جرائم ضد الإنسانية؛

12. Condemns the continued gross, systematic and widespread violations of Human Rights and all violations of international humanitarian law by the Syrian authorities and affiliated militias, including those involving aerial bombardment of civilian areas, in particular the indiscriminate use of barrel bombs, ballistic missiles, chlorine gas and cluster bombs, and other actions that may amount to war crimes or crimes against humanity;
12- يدين استمرار الانتهاكات الجسيمة والمنهجية والواسعة النطاق لحقوق الإنسان وجميع انتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني التي ترتكبها السلطات السورية والميليشيات الموالية لها، بما في ذلك الانتهاكات التي تشمل القصف الجوي للمناطق المدنية، ولا سيما الاستخدام العشوائي للبراميل المتفجرة والقذائف التسيارية وغاز الكلور والقنابل العنقودية، وغير ذلك من الأفعال التي قد تشكل جرائم حرب أو جرائم ضد الإنسانية؛

It also complies with all international instruments, notably the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and all United Nations resolutions concerned with the protection of children and women in situations of emergency and armed conflicts, particularly General Assembly resolution 3318 (XXIX) adopted on 14 December 1974.
كما تلتزم بكل المواثيق الدولية والتي من أبرزها الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وجميع القرارات الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة والمتعلقة بحماية الطفل والمرأة في حالات الطوارئ والنزاع المسلح وخاصة القرار رقم 3318 (د-29) المعتمد في 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1979.

The organization is a non-profit NGO working within the framework of the principles established in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all other international human rights instruments, regardless of the identity or the affiliation of the victim(s) or of the violator(s).
