The International League for the Rights and Liberation of People (LIDLIP) noted that in violation of the legal provisions, unauthorized detention centres continue to be maintained, arrests are not reported to courts and to the National Human Rights Commission, nor are relatives informed, records kept, or places of detention revealed.
21- ولاحظت الرابطة الدولية لحقوق الشعوب وتحريرها أنه يتواصل، على نحو يشكل انتهاكاً للأحكام القانونية، الاحتفاظ بمراكـز احتجـاز غيـر مرخص لها ولا تُبلغ حالات التوقيف إلى المحاكم وإلى اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، ولا يُخبَر أقرباء الموقوفين بتوقيفهم ولا يُحتفظ بسجلات ولا يُكشف عن أماكن الاحتجاز(54).
