Similarly, the Individual and Family Code of Burkina Faso grants foreigners the same civil rights as those enjoyed by nationals. Labour laws also prohibit any possible discrimination against foreign workers, and employers that recruit foreign workers are required to provide employment contract visas, in order to enable the competent authorities to verify that the contracts comply with the rights of migrant workers.
وعلى نحو مماثل يمنح قانون الأحوال الشخصية والأسر في بوركينا فاسو الأجانب ذات الحقوق المدنية المعترف بها للمواطنين ويمنع قانون العمل على نحو مماثل جميع أشكال التمييز التي يمكن ممارستها بحق العمال الأجانب ويفرض على أصحاب العمل الذين يستخدمون العمال الأجانب استصدار تأشيرة لعقد العمل من أجل تمكين السلطات المختصة من مراقبة موائمة العقد لحقوق العمال المهاجرين.
