In view of the above, the Government of Costa Rica, while lodging with the Nicaraguan Government the strongest protest at these actions, demands the immediate withdrawal of members of the Nicaraguan armed forces, as well as any other official of the Nicaraguan Government, from the sovereign territory of Costa Rica.
