1. Review of the status of international legal instruments concerning arms limitation and disarmament as they affect the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS)
١ - استعراض حالـة الصكوك القانونيــة الدوليــة فـي مجــال الحد من التسلح ونزع السلاح فيما يتعلق بالبلدان اﻷعضاء في الاتحاد الاقتصادي لدول وسط افريقيا

5. Takes note of the readiness of the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States to reduce the military forces, equipment and budgets in the subregion and to carry out a study on that subject;
٥ - تلاحظ عزم الدول اﻷعضاء في الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط افريقيا على خفض القوات والمعدات والميزانيات العسكرية في المنطقة دون الاقليمية، وإجراء دراسة في هذا الصدد؛

Similarly, another programming mission was undertaken to the countries of the Central African subregion with a view to assessing the scope for fostering regional cooperation through trade and production development in the subregion within the framework of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS).
كما أوفدت بعثة برمجة أخرى الى بلدان المنطقة دون اﻹقليمية لافريقيا الوسطى لتقييم نطاق تعزيز التعاون اﻹقليمي من خلال ترويج التجارة والانتاج في هذه المنطقة دون اﻹقليمية ضمن إطار الاتحاد الاقتصادي لدول وسط افريقيا.

74. At the Committee's fifth meeting, the member States initialled the Non-Aggression Pact concluded by the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States.
٧٤ - قامت الدول اﻷعضاء في أثناء اجتماع اللجنة الخامس بالتوقيع باﻷحرف اﻷولى على عهد عدم الاعتداء بين الدول اﻷعضاء في الاتحاد الاقتصادي لدول وسط افريقيا.

4. Notes the readiness of the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States to reduce the military forces, equipment and budgets in the subregion and to continue reviewing the studies carried out on the subject with a view to reaching agreements to that end;
٤ - تلاحظ عزم الدول اﻷعضاء في الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط افريقيا على خفض القوات والمعدات والميزانيات العسكرية في المنطقة دون اﻹقليمية وإجراء دراسة في هذا الصدد بغية التوصل إلى اتفاق بهذا الشأن؛

4. Takes note of the readiness of the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States to reduce the military forces, equipment and budgets in the subregion and to continue reviewing the studies carried out on the subject with a view to reaching agreements to that end;
٤ - تلاحظ عزم الدول اﻷعضاء في الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط افريقيا على خفض القوات والمعدات والميزانيات العسكرية في المنطقة دون اﻹقليمية ومواصلة استعراض الدراسات التي أجريت بشأن هذا الموضوع؛

" 3. Welcomes the programme of work including confidence-building measures adopted by the States members of the Economic Community of Central African States at the organizational meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee;
" ٣ - ترحب ببرنامج العمل شاملا تدابير بناء الثقة، الذي اعتمدته الدول اﻷعضاء في الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط افريقيا خلال الاجتماع التنظيمي للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة، المعقود في ياوندي في الفترة من ٢٧ إلى ٣١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٢ برعاية اﻷمم المتحدة؛

Paragraph 6 should have the following phrase inserted between the words “States Members” and “to participate”: “of the Economic Community of Central African States”.
