٦ - ١٠ آذار/مارس اجتماع الممثلين الشخصيين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو غيرهم من الممثلين الرفيعي المستوى بالقدر الملائم ممن تعينهم الحكومات تحديدا.

3. Calls upon all States, in accordance with paragraph 8 of General Assembly resolution 47/92, to appoint personal representatives of the Heads of State or Government or other appropriate high-level representatives to participate in the first session of the Preparatory Committee;
٣ - تطلب إلى جميع الدول، وفقا للفقرة ٨ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٧/٩٢، تعيين ممثلين شخصيين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو ممثلين ملائمين آخرين رفيعي المستوى للمشاركة في الدورة اﻷولى للجنة التحضيرية؛

Media representatives accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must then present themselves to the accreditation centre in Doha, where they will have their photographs taken and be issued a pass upon presentation of a national passport and another valid photographic identification.
وعلى ممثلي وسائط الإعلام المرافقة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود التوجه إلى مركز اعتماد وسائط الإعلام في الدوحة، حيث ستؤخذ لهم صور وتصدر لهم تراخيص دخول بعد تقديم جوازات السفر الوطنية وبطاقة تعريف أخرى تحمل صورهم.

8. Decides that the high-level segment of the Tenth Congress shall be held on 14 and 15 April 2000 to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main theme of the Congress;
٨ - تقرر أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر العاشر في ٤١ و ٥١ نيسان/أبريل ٠٠٠٢ ، بغية اتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر ؛

“8. Decides that the high-level segment of the Tenth Congress shall be held on 14 and 15 April 2000 to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main theme of the Congress;
" ٨ - تقرر أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر العاشر في ٤١ و ٥١ نيسان/أبريل ٠٠٠٢، بغية اتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر؛

8. Decides that the high-level segment of the Tenth Congress shall be held on 14 and 15 April 2000 to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main theme of the Congress;
٨ - تقرر أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر العاشر في ١٤ و ١٥ نيسان/أبريل ٢٠٠٠، بغية اتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر؛

38. Members of the media accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must present themselves to the Accreditation Centre, where they will have their photographs taken and be issued a pass upon presentation of national passports and another valid photo identification.
38 - وعلى أعضاء وسائط الإعلام المرافقين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود الحضور شخصيا إلى مركز الاعتماد حيث ستؤخذ صور فوتوغرافية لهم ويمنحون تصاريح دخول بعد إبراز جوازات سفرهم الوطنية وبطاقة هوية أخرى صالحة عليها صورة شخصية للعضو.

During the period 6-10 March, a general exchange of views will be held at which personal representatives of Heads of State or Government or other appropriate high-level representatives specifically designated by Governments may make statements.
يعقد، أثناء الفترة ٦ - ١٠ آذار/مارس، تبادل عام لﻵراء يجوز فيه للممثلين الشخصيين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو غيرهم من الممثلين الملائمين الرفيعي المستوى، الذين تعينهم الحكومات خصيصا لذلك، اﻹدلاء ببيانات.

67. Members of the media accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must present themselves to the Media Accreditation Office, where they will have their photographs taken and be issued a United Nations grounds pass upon presentation of national passports and valid photo identification.
67 - ويجب على أعضاء وسائط الإعلام المرافقين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود الحضور بأنفسهم إلى مكتب اعتماد وسائط الإعلام لالتقاط صورهم وإصدار تصريح دخول لهم إلى مبنى الأمم المتحدة بعد إبراز جوازات سفرهم الوطنية وبطاقة هوية صالحة تحمل صورة.

86. Members of the media accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must present themselves to the media accreditation office, where they will have their photographs taken and be issued a United Nations grounds pass upon presentation of national passports and valid photo identification.
86 - وينبغي لأعضاء وسائط الإعلام المرافقين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود الحضور بأنفسهم إلى مكتب اعتماد وسائط الإعلام حيث ستلتقط صورهم ويصدر لهم تصريح دخول إلى الأمم المتحدة بعد إبراز جوازات سفرهم الوطنية ووثيقة هوية سارية المفعول تحمل صورة.

49. Members of the media accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must present themselves to the Media Accreditation Office, where they will have their photograph taken and be issued a United Nations grounds pass upon presentation of a national passport and valid photo identification.
49 - ويجب على أعضاء وسائط الإعلام المرافقين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود الحضور بأنفسهم إلى مكتب اعتماد وسائط الإعلام ليتم التقاط صورهم وإصدار تصريح دخول لهم إلى مبنى الأمم المتحدة بعد إبراز جوازات سفرهم الوطنية وبطاقة هوية صالحة تحمل صورة.

90. Members of the media accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must come in person to the Media Accreditation Office/tent, where they will have their photographs taken and be issued a United Nations grounds pass upon presentation of national passports and valid photo identification.
90 - ويجب على أعضاء وسائل الإعلام المرافقين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود الحضور بأنفسهم إلى مكتب/خيمة اعتماد وسائل الإعلام حيث ستلتقط لهم صور ويُصدر لهم تصريح دخول إلى الأمم المتحدة بعد الاستظهار بجوازات سفرهم الوطنية ووثيقة هوية سارية المفعول تحمل صورة.

)ب( يعقد أثناء الفترة ٦ - ١٠ آذار/مارس تبادل عام لﻵراء يجوز فيه للممثلين الشخصيين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو غيرهم من الممثلين الملائمين الرفيعي المستوى الذين تعيﱢنهم الحكومات خصيصا لذلك اﻹدلاء ببيانات.

6. Reiterates its decision, contained in its resolution 58/138 of 22 December 2003, that the high-level segment of the Eleventh Congress shall be held during the last three days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
6 - تكرر تأكيد ما قضت به في قرارها 58/138، المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2003، بأن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الحادي عشر أثناء الأيام الثلاثة الأخيرة، كي يتسنى لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء الحكوميين التركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية لجدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

6. Reiterates its decision, contained in its resolution 58/138, that the highlevel segment of the Eleventh Congress shall be held during the last three days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
6 - تكرر تأكيد ما قضت به في قرارها 58/138 بأن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الحادي عشر أثناء الأيام الثلاثة الأخيرة للمؤتمر، كي يتسنى لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء الحكوميين التركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية لجدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

" 6. 3. Also decides that the highlevel segment of the Eleventh Congress shall be held during the last three days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
3 - تقرر أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الحادي عشر خلال الأيام الثلاثة الأخيرة للمؤتمر، لإتاحة المجال لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

42. All members of the press corps accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must also complete an application form for accreditation, attached to an official letter from the permanent mission concerned, listing the names of the media representatives with their functional titles and affiliation.
42 - ويجب أيضا على جميع الهيئات الصحفية المرافقة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود ملء استمارة طلب اعتماد، على أن ترفق برسالة رسمية من البعثة الدائمة المعنية، تشمل قائمة بأسماء ممثلي وسائط الإعلام مع أسماء وظائفهم وجهة انتمائهم.

44. All members of the media corps accompanying Heads of State or Government or heads of delegation must submit a letter of assignment from their bureau chief or editor-in-chief, attached to an official letter from the Permanent Mission concerned, listing the names of the media representatives with their functional titles and affiliation, addressed to:
44 - وينبغي لكل الإعلاميين المرافقين لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو رؤساء الوفود تقديم خطاب تكليف من رئيس المكتب أو من رئيس التحرير، في مؤسساتهم، مرفقا برسالة رسمية من البعثة الدائمة المعنية، تبين أسماء ممثلي وسائط الإعلام وألقابهم الوظيفية والجهات التي يعملون بها، وذلك إلى:
