18. The Committee calls upon the State party to inform without undue delay the Secretary-General of the United Nations on its new provision in domestic law which sets the minimum age of voluntary recruitment into the armed forces at 18 years and which will replace the State party's current declaration under article 1 of the Optional Protocol.
18- تناشد اللجنة الدولة الطرف أن تحيط الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة علماً دونما أي تأخير لا مبرر له بالحكم الجديد الذي استحدثته في قانونها المحلي ويحدد الحد الأدنى لسن التجنيد الطوعي في القوات المسلحة بثمانية عشر سنة، وبإحلاله محل البيان القائم الذي قدمته الدولة الطرف في إطار المادة 1 من البروتوكول الاختياري.
