2. Decides to undertake a detailed review of the reports of the Secretary-General and the related reports of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions on the United Nations Logistics Base at its fifty-second session, no later than 15 October 1997;
٢ - تقرر القيام باستعراض تفصيلي لتقريري اﻷمين العام والتقريرين ذوي الصلة للجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية بشأن قاعدة اﻷمم المتحدة للسوقيات، في دورتها الثانية والخمسين في موعد أقصاه ١٥ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٧؛

13. Requests the Secretary-General to take prompt and definitive corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of delays in the submission of full cost estimates and to report to the General Assembly through the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions on the implementation of those measures at its current session;
١٣ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ تدابير فورية حاسمة لتصحيح الوضع بغية منع تكرر حدوث أي تأخير في تقديم تقديرات التكلفة الكاملة، وأن يقدم تقريرا إلى الجمعية العامة عن طريق اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية بشأن تنفيذ هذه التدابير خلال دورتها الحالية؛

" (b) The Fifth Committee should, as a general practice, consider accepting without debate the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions on the financial implications of draft resolutions up to a prescribed limit, namely, $25,000 on any one item;
" )ب( ينبغي للجنة الخامسة، على سبيل الممارسة العامة، أن تنظر في أن تقبل دون مناقشة توصيات اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية بشأن اﻵثار المالية المترتبة على مشاريع القرارات وذلك حتى حد معين، وهو ٠٠٠ ٥٢ دولار بالنسبة ﻷي بند واحد؛

Based on the recommendation contained in paragraph 41 of the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions on the financing of UNFICYP (A/50/802), no additional appropriation was approved by the General Assembly in its decision 50/827 of 22 December 1995.
