Subject to the provisions of paragraph below, a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to use CERs, issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, to contribute to compliance with part of its commitment under Article 3, paragraph 1, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:

If the aggregate anthropogenic carbon dioxide equivalent emissions by sources and removals by sinks of a Party included in Annex I in a commitment period are less than its assigned amount under this Article, this difference shall, on request of that Party, be added to the assigned amount for that Party for subsequent commitment periods.
27- إذا كان إجمالي المكافئ من ثاني أكسيد الكربون للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ من المصادر والإزالات بالبواليع لطرف مدرج في المرفق الأول في فترة من فترات الالتزام يقل عن الكمية المسندة إليه بموجب هذه المادة، يضاف هذا الفارق، بناء على طلب ذلك الطرف، إلى الكمية المسندة إليه لفترات الالتزام اللاحقة.
