(b) Decided, in accordance with Article 19.1 (b) of the Constitution and the guidelines for the relationship of UNIDO with intergovernmental, governmental, non-governmental and other organizations (General Conference decision GC.1/Dec.41, annex, para. 17) to grant consultative status with UNIDO to the following four non-governmental organizations:

Recalling Article 19 of the Constitution and its decision GC.1/Dec.41 of 12 December 1985 entitled " Guidelines for the relationship of UNIDO with intergovernmental, governmental, non-governmental and other organizations " ,

Relations with international NGOs are governed by Article 19 of the Constitution of UNIDO and the Guidelines for the relationship of UNIDO with IGOs, NGOs and other organizations, as contained in decision GC.1/Dec.41.
6- تُنظّم العلاقات بالمنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية بموجب أحكام المادة 19 من دستور اليونيدو والمبادئ التوجيهية لعلاقة اليونيدو بالمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية وسائر المنظمات، على النحو الوارد في المقرّر م ع-1/م-41.

The first was a new preambular paragraph, which could appear as the first preambular paragraph of the draft resolution: " Recalling Article 19 of the Constitution, and its decision GC.1/Dec.41 of 12 December 1985, entitled `Guidelines for the relationship of UNIDO with intergovernmental, governmental, non-governmental and other organizations' " .
