At the 25th meeting, on 7 November, the representative of Belarus, on behalf of Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Djibouti and the Netherlands, introduced a draft resolution entitled " Commemoration of the sixtieth anniversary of the operations of the United Nations Children's Fund " (A/C.2/61/L.32), which read:
