During the fifty-sixth session, the Special Rapporteur and the Chairman of the Committee met with the Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of Equatorial Guinea to the United Nations, who was reminded that Equatorial Guinea had failed to reply to several requests for follow-up information on the Committee's Views in cases Nos. 414/1990 (Primo Essono v. Equatorial Guinea) and 468/1991 (Oló Bahamonde v. Equatorial Guinea).
