1. The Special Rapporteur on the human right to safe drinking water and sanitation submits the present report in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 7/22 and 16/2.

1. In accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 6/15 and 19/23, the present document contains the draft recommendations that will form the basis for discussions at the seventh session of the Forum on Minority Issues.
1- وفقاً لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/15 و19/23، تتضمن هذه الوثيقة مشاريع التوصيات التي ستشكّل الأساس لما سيُجرى من مناقشات في الدورة السابعة للمحفل المعني بقضايا الشعوب الأصلية.

The mandate was further extended by Human Rights Council resolutions 7/34 on 28 March 2008 and 16/33 on 25 March 2011.
وازداد نطاق تلك الولاية اتساعاً نتيجة لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 7/34 الصادر في 28 آذار/مارس 2008 و16/33 الصادر في 25 آذار/ مارس 2011.

25. In conformity with Human Rights Council resolutions 6/15 and 19/23, the outcome of the session will comprise a set of action-oriented thematic recommendations that will subsequently be presented by the independent expert on minority issues to the Council.
25- ووفقاً لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/15 و19/23، ستتضمن نتائج المحفل مجموعة توصيات مواضيعية عملية المنحى ستقدمها لاحقاً الخبيرة المستقلة المعنية بقضايا الأقليات إلى المجلس.

5. The activities of the Special Rapporteur are carried out in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 8/10 and 17/12, by which the Council extended the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants for a period of three years.
5 - يضطلع المقرر الخاص بأنشطته وفقا لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 8/10 و 17/12 اللذين مدّد بهما المجلس ولاية المقرّر الخاص المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين لفترة ثلاث سنوات.

The present report, submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 7/4 and 16/14, aims to focus attention on the adverse impact of export credit agency-supported activities on sustainable development and the realization of human rights in the countries where such activities are undertaken.
ويُقدم هذا التقرير وفقا لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 7/4 و 16/4، ويهدف إلى تركيز الاهتمام على الأثر غير المواتي للأنشطة التي تحظى بدعم وكالات ائتمانات التصدير على التنمية المستدامة وعلى إعمال حقوق الإنسان في البلدان التي تجري فيها تلك الأنشطة.

4. The present report, submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 7/4 and 16/14, seeks to focus attention on the adverse impact of export credit agency-supported projects on sustainable development and the realization of human rights in the countries in which such projects are implemented.
4 - ويسعى هذا التقرير المقدم وفقا لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 7/4 و 16/14 إلى توجيه الاهتمام إلى الآثار غير المواتية للمشاريع التي تحظى بدعم وكالات ائتمانات التصدير على التنمية المستدامة وعلى إعمال حقوق الإنسان في البلدان التي تُنفذ فيها تلك المشاريع.

The present annual report is submitted to the General Assembly in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 8/12 and 17/1 and covers the period from 1 August 2010 to 31 July 2011.
هذا التقرير السنوي مقدم إلى الجمعية العامة وفقا لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 8/12 و 17/1، وهو يغطي الفترة من 1 آب/أغسطس 2010 إلى 31 تموز/يوليه 2011.
