2. Strongly urges all parties to armed conflicts to respect fully the norms of international humanitarian law in armed conflict and to take all necessary measures for the protection of these women and children and for their immediate release;
2 - تحث بقوة جميع أطراف النزاعات المسلحة على الاحترام الكامل لقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي في النزاع المسلح، وعلى اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لحماية هؤلاء النساء والأطفال، والإفراج عنهم فورا؛

422. In these circumstances the Committee will determine criminal responsibility in the conflict in Gaza between 27 December 2008 and 18 January 2009 in accordance with the norms of international humanitarian law and international criminal law and not the uncertain and undefined norms of international terrorism.
422 - وفي ظل هذه الظروف، ستحدد اللجنة المسؤولية الجنائية في النـزاع في غزة في الفترة بين 27 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008 و 18 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009 وفقا لقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الجنائي الدولي، وليس القواعد الغامضة وغير المحددة للإرهاب الدولي.

4. Strongly urges all parties to armed conflicts to respect fully the norms of international humanitarian law in armed conflict and to take all necessary measures for the protection of the civilian population, as such, and to release immediately all women and children who have been taken hostage;
4 - تحث بقوة جميع الأطراف في الصراعات المسلحة على الاحترام التام لقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي في الصراعات المسلحة واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية النساء والأطفال المدنيين بصفتهم تلك، والإفراج الفوري عن كل من أخذوا رهائن؛

(c) The High Commissioner calls on members of illegal armed groups to practice full respect for the norms of international humanitarian law and to release, immediately and unconditionally, all those they are holding as hostages;
(ج) وتطلب المفوضة السامية إلى أعضاء الجماعات المسلحة غير القانونية أن تكون محترمة تماماً لقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وأن تطلق، فوراً ودون شروط، سراح جميع الرهائن المحتجزين لديها؛

3. 3 - وحثت اللجنة بقوة جميع الأطراف في الصراعات المسلحة على الاحترام التام لقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي في الصراعات المسلحة واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية المدنيين بصفتهم تلك، والإفراج الفوري عن كل النساء والأطفال ممن أخذوا رهائن.

With this regard, appropriate implementation of IHL rules and principles is reviewed and should be secured in these documents.
وفي هذا الصدد، يتم مراجعة التنفيذ المناسب لقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي ومبادئه، وينبغي ضمان إدراجها في تلك الوثائق.
