The operating entity or entities should ensure that, with reference to activities involving transfer of technology, such technology is environmentally sound and adapted to suit local conditions;
' ٣ ' ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل أن تكفل، فيما يتعلق باﻷنشطة التي تنطوي على نقل للتكنولوجيا، أن تكون هذه التكنولوجيا سليمة بيئياً ومتكيفة بما يناسب اﻷحوال المحلية.

(i) The operating entity or entities should, in all funding decisions related to the financial mechanism, take into account Article 4.1, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9 and 4.10 of the Convention.
`١ ' في كل مقررات التمويل المتصلة باﻵلية المالية، ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل مراعاة الفقرات ١ و ٧ و ٨ و ٩ و ١٠ من المادة ٤ من الاتفاقية.

(iv) The operating entity or entities should finance the formulation by developing country Parties of nationally determined programmes to address climate change issues which are in accordance with national development priorities.
`٤ ' ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل أن تمول قيام البلدان النامية اﻷطراف بصياغة البرامج التي تحدد على الصعيد الوطني لمعالجة قضايا تغير المناخ التي تتفق مع اﻷولويات اﻹنمائية الوطنية.

`٥ ' ينبغي لكيان أو كيانات التشغيل أن تكون، وفقا للسياسات واﻷولويات البرنامجية ومعايير اﻷهلية كما يحددها مؤتمر اﻷطراف، حاضرة للمساعدة، إذا ما طلب إليها، على تنفيذ البرامج الوطنية التي تعتمدها البلدان النامية اﻷطراف.
