XIV. OVERRIDING AUTHORITY OF the Convention
رابع عشر - السلطة الغالبة للإتفاقية

Encourages the Interim Chemical Review Committee to continue its development of a one-page incident report form in conjunction with a simple guidance document on the completion of the form and the development of proposals in line with article 6 and annex IV, part 1, of the Convention;
1 - تُشجع اللجنة المؤقتة لإستعراض المواد الكيميائية على مواصلة تطويرها لإستمارة للتبليغ عن الحوادث تكون مكونة من صفحة واحدة جنباً إلى جنب مع وثيقة توجيه بسيطة بشأن ملء الإستمارة ووضع مقترحات تتماشى مع المادة 6 والجزء 1 من المرفق الرابع للإتفاقية ؛

Adopts a policy on contaminants that includes final regulatory actions to ban a pesticide that have been taken by at least two countries in two prior informed consent regions on the basis of a contamination contained in that substance, where the notification also meets the requirements of annexes I and II to the Convention.
تعتمد سياسة بشأن الملوثات تشتمل على إجراءات تنظيمية نهائية لحظر مبيد آفات يكون قد أخذه بلدان إثنان على الأقل في إقليمين من أقاليم الموافقة المسبقة عن علم وذلك إستناداً إلى المحتوى التلويثي للمادة، وحيث يفي الإخطار أيضاً بمتطلبات المرفقين الأول والثاني للإتفاقية.

4. Invites the Executive Director to take action to facilitate voluntary implementation of the Convention prior to its entry into force if such action is called for by the conference of plenipotentiaries of the Convention;
