978. The Committee adopted revised reporting guidelines on the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography which it developed with the support of the UNICEF Innocenti Research Centre.
978- واعتمدت اللجنة مبادئ توجيهية منقحة لتقديم التقارير بشأن البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية، وهي مبادئ وضعتها بدعم من مركز إينوشينتي للأبحاث التابع لليونيسيف.

As at 30 June 2007, the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the involvement of children in armed conflict had been ratified by 116 States and signed by 122 States and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography had been ratified by 121 States and signed by 115 States.
وفي 30 حزيران 2007، كان البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق بالزج بالأطفال في الصراع المسلح قد صدقت عليه 116 دولة ووقعت عليه 122 دولة، وكان البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الإباحية قد صدقت عليه 121 دولة ووقعت علية 115 دولة. أولا - مقدمة

As at 30 June 2007, the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the involvement of children in armed conflict had been ratified by 116 States and signed by 122 States and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography had been ratified by 121 States and signed by 115 States.1
3 - وفي 30 حزيران/يونيه 2007، كان البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق بالزج بالأطفال في الصراع المسلح قد صدقت عليه 116 دولة ووقعت عليه 122 دولة، وكان البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الإباحية قد صدقت عليه 121 دولة ووقعت عليه 115 دولة(1).

84. The Committee further refers to its concluding observations on the State party's initial report under the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (CRC/C/OPSC/SLV/CO/1), adopted on the same date.
84- وتشير اللجنة أيضاً إلى ملاحظاتها الختامية على تقرير الدولة الطرف الأوّلي المقدم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية (الوثيقة CRC/C/OPSC/SLV/CO/1) المعتمدة في التاريخ نفسه.

249. The Committee notes that in September 2003 the State party signed the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict, and encourages the State party to proceed to ratify both Optional Protocols.
249- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف وقعت في أيلول/سبتمبر 2003 على البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة والبروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق باشتراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة، وتشجع الدولة الطرف اللجنة على الشروع في التصديق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين.

3. The Committee reminds the State party that the present concluding observations should be read in conjunction with its concluding observations adopted on the third and fourth periodic report of the State party (CRC/C/ARG/CO/3-4) and the concluding observations on the initial report of the State party under the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (CRC/C/OPSC/ARG/CO/1).
3- وتذكّر اللجنة الدولة الطرف أن ملاحظاتها الختامية ينبغي أن تُقرأ بالاقتران مع ملاحظاتها الختامية التي اعتمدت بشأن التقريرين الدوريين الثالث والرابع للدولة الطرف (CRC/C/ARG/CO/3-4) والملاحظات الختامية بشأن التقرير الأولي للدولة الطرف المقدم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية (CRC/C/OPSC/ARG/CO/1).
