Another speaker provided suggestions for identifying the reasons for the low rates of response and the low quality of the responses to the annual report questionnaire, noting that the focus should be on enhancing the capacity of Member States to complete, in a qualitatively improved manner, a revised annual report questionnaire, including by providing the option of completing the questionnaire online.
وقدَّم متكلم آخر اقتراحات لتحديد أسباب تدنّي معدلات الرد على الاستبيان الخاص بالتقارير السنوية وتدنّي نوعية الردود عليه، ونوَّه إلى أن التركيز ينبغي أن ينصبّ على تعزيز قدرة الدول الأعضاء على ملء استمارة منقحة للاستبيان الخاص بالتقارير السنوية على نحو أفضل نوعيا، بوسائل منها توفير خيار ملء استمارة الاستبيان عبر الإنترنت.

At its 6th meeting, on 10 March 2010, the Commission adopted a draft decision entitled " Follow-up to the draft revised annual report questionnaire " . (For the text, see chap. I, sect. C, decision 53/2.) Prior to the adoption of the draft decision, a representative of the Secretariat read out a statement on the financial implications of such adoption. (For the text, see annex I.)
