13. Encourages the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue to provide a forum for intergovernmental discussions concerning issues related to private sector development and international flows of investment, with input from representatives of the private sector;
١٣ - تشجع مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية على مواصلة توفير منتدى ﻹجراء المناقشات الحكومية الدولية بشأن المسائل المتصلة بتنمية القطاع الخاص وتدفقات الاستثمار الدولية، مع مساهمة ممثلي القطاع الخاص في هذه المناقشات؛

4. Also welcomes the importance attached by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development at its ninth session to building a lasting partnership for development between non-governmental actors and the Conference and the initiative taken by the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to hold meetings with relevant actors;
٤ - ترحب أيضا باﻷهمية التي علقتها الدورة التاسعة لمؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية على إقامة شراكة دائمة من أجل التنمية بين الجهات الفاعلة غير الحكومية والمؤتمر والمبادرة التي اتخذها اﻷمين العام للمؤتمر لعقد اجتماعات مع الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة؛

Urges the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue its special role in the field of trade and environment, including policy analysis, conceptual work and consensus-building, with a view to ensuring transparency and coherence in making environmental and trade policies mutually supportive;
" ١٣ - تحث مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية على مواصلة الاضطلاع بدوره الخاص في مجال التجارة والتنمية، بما في ذلك تحليل السياسات والعمل المفاهيمي وتكوين توافق اﻵراء، بغية ضمان الوضوح والترابط في جعل السياسات البيئية والتجارية تعزز بعضها بعضا؛

" 26. Encourages the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to continue its work on development benchmarks of the international trading system and trade negotiations in cooperation with other relevant international organizations and to report to the General Assembly regularly;

The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development has been supporting graduating countries in the formulation and adoption of a smooth transition strategy by analysing, on a sector-by-sector or product-by-product basis, the extent to which the retention of least developed country treatment is vital for the continuation of development progress.
وقد واظب مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية على دعم البلدان التي ترفع أسماؤها من القائمة في صياغة استراتيجية للانتقال السلس واعتمادها من خلال إجراء تحليل، يتم على أساس كل قطاع على حدة أو كل منتج على حدة، لمدى أهمية الإبقاء على صفة أقل البلدان نموا في استمرار التقدم في عملية التنمية.
