In accordance with instructions received from the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have the honour to draw your attention to the following issue of particular importance for my country.

In this regard, in accordance with instructions received from the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have the honour to draw your attention to some facts testifying to the organization and implementation by Armenia of terrorist acts against Azerbaijan (see annex).
