(e) The awareness and ability of developing countries to develop mutually supportive trade was increased within the scope of paragraphs 31 and 32 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration, as evidenced by their effective participation in intergovernmental meetings at UNCTAD, WTO and during the 2002 review of progress since the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.
