73. On a related matter, paragraph 7 of article 16 provides that extradition shall be subject to the conditions provided for by the domestic law of the requested State Party or by applicable extradition treaties, including, inter alia, conditions related to the minimum penalty requirement.

16. Mutual legal assistance may be postponed by the requested State Party on the ground that it interferes with an ongoing investigation, prosecution or proceeding.
٦١- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب تأجيل المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة على أساس أنها تتعارض مع تحقيقات أو ملاحقات أو إجراءات قضائية جارية.
