6 - تحث الدول على سن قوانين وإنفاذها بصرامة لكفالة ألا يعقد الزواج إلا بموافقة الطرفين المقبلين على الزواج موافقة كاملة لا إكراه فيها، إضافة إلى سن قوانين تتعلق بالسن القانونية الدنيا للرضا بالزواج والسن الدنيا للزواج وإنفاذها بصرامة، ورفع السن الدنيا للزواج حسب الضرورة؛
